Web Design
All Web designs are done by your website Manager. While during first set up, you and your website manager will video chat going over the design before final publish. After the website is published you are subject to additional fees for changes or upgrades. Web Design is also determined on plan you are subscribed to. Every plan is provided with a custom URL.
Basic Plan: You have a maximum of four items on your site. You have a one hour meeting with your Website Manager. During this you will go over Apparel, Colors, and Imprint location. Clothing descriptions are limited and clothing names are limited to "brand name". Example "WiseSwag Sweatshirt". Color themes will be discussed as well as contact information and page font.
Standard Plan: You have a maximum of 8 items on your site. You have a 2 hour set up meeting to go over Apparel, Colors, and Imprint Location. Clothing descriptions are limited however you can make custom names for your apparel. Example, "StormWatcher Tee". Color themes, fonts, and product layout will be discussed. As well as 2 custom fields can be added such as countdowns, custom text boxes, and promo bars. After first set up your site will be locked in for a month. Additional changes during the first month will be subject to additional fees. Monthly renewal you have additional 1 hour with web manager to make changes.
Unlimited Plan: You have a Maximum of 14 items on your site. You have a 3-hour set up meeting to go over Apparel, Colors, and imprint locations. Clothing descriptions and names are up to you. Color theme's fonts and up to 4 custom fields on your site to add professionalism. Such as, Goals, Reviews, Picture Slides, Promo bars and countdown specials. After first set up, you have 1 hour free every month to add or make changes to the website. This includes adding or changing current specials and promos. Lastly, we will provide social media links and or videos!
Web Development
Web Development takes time as you have one website manager assigned to you. The hours you are given for website development is the 1 on 1 meeting with your web manager.We like to estimate that your website will be active in 1-2 Business days after meeting with your website manager.
Web Devolpment time is limited to 1 hour after first subscription. Additional changes or meetings with your website manager are a 1 hour minimum time frame and $50 per hour. Changes are limited to the abilities of your subscription. If you would like to change or cancel your subscription at anytime you may do so.

If additional changes need to be made a 1 hour minimum time frame and $50 per hour. Marketing
Marketing tools depend on the plan you are subscribed to. Once you are given the link to your page it is up to you, the desinger to market it however you like. Many clients find social media marketing works best and we reccomend it. Marketing tools on the Standard and Unlimited plan include us working with you to make coupon codes and promotions that comply with the website. Also with the Unlimited plan any marketing you have done including videos can be displayed on your website.
Graphic Design
Graphic Design or Art Services for your logo are limited to only the Unlimited plan where you can design up to 3 different logos to imprint on your apparel. Some may not have the technology to tools to design their own logo. So with the unlimited plan you are asked to have a rough idea of what you would like and we will provide options to pick from. All other plans must already have a logo(s) designed.
Imprinting/Decorating
Due to WiseSwag producing your products on demand and saving you high inventory and decorating fees.The method of decorating your apparel is Direct to Garment or DTG. Direct to Garment is the quickest and most efficent way to produce your apparel with high quality finish and more of a profit margin. If one order exceeds 20 or more of one product the designer will be contacted as screen printing may be a better method. No additional fees will be applied if so.
Unlimited Plan & Standard Plan have Embroidery as well if the apparel calls for it. The amount of products being embroidered us limited to 2 on Standard and 4 on Unlimited.
Management
Your personal website manager will be intouch with you within 1-2 business days upon sign up. Sign up can be found on our home page at www.wiseswag.com. To get started you must have a PDF logo and apparel picked out you would like to use.
Your Profits
With our service you are not purchasing any goods pre-sale. So any profits are calculated using Total Sale-(cost of goods+shipping/handing)= Your profits. Every designer will get a weekly sales report via email. Every 14 days upon website activiation you will recieve a check with your total profits during that period. If you do not recieve a check please check your sales. Or set up a meeting with your website manager if you would like to make changes. WiseSwag does not promote your website on any other platforms marketing and sales volumes are the designers responsibility.
Payment will be captured when first month meeting is scheduled. after 30 days of website activation you will be billed monthly. Please see WiseSwag website for prices. First month will be more expensive however prices will drop for additional months to keep website active.
Shipping/Inventory
Shipping and Inventory go hand and hand. With the Basic plan your customers are limited to 5-7 Business day shipping times. Since with that plan you are not provided in-house inventory. Shipping is processed at checkout for every customer.
Shipping (Standard & Unlimited)
Standard plan offers more shipping methods and 3-5 day ship times being the best method.
Unlimited plan offers overnight shipping (business day) as best method.
Inventory (Standard & Unlimited)
Standard plan allows a inventory restocking only with top selling products. At initial set up you will get a small inventory of all products then inventory limit down as sales show most purchased products. Inventory will not be displayed on webiste as products still are produced on demand.
Unlimited plan provides you with constant inventory of all products which makes overnight shipping on all products possible.
Samples
Samples are key in marketing your product. Pictures and videos of yourself or models wearing your apparel have been proven to increase sales. While the pictures and videos are done by the designer with the Standard and Unlimited plan you are given free samples of your products. With the Standard you are given up to 5 samples and the Unilimited up to 10. Any additional samples needed we can send you however you must pay for cost of goods, decorating, and shipping.
